Mort O'Sullivan
Mort began ArcaTech Systems in 1998 after studying brewing and distilling at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland. Mort has a broad and unique understanding of the cash automation industry, which began while working in the banking software industry in the 1990’s. His passion for technology and innovation keeps the company growing with a focus on developing intuitive, real-world solutions for the future. Mort has degrees in Literature, Religion and Chemistry. A devoted father and husband, he enjoys traveling with his family, and is an accomplished tennis player, constant reader and a talented chef.
Michael Blessing
As the leader of our Technical Services Department, Michael supervises our technical support staff and provides product-specific training for our clients. Michael joined ArcaTech in November 2006 after working as a technical support coordinator with The Wilson Group in Detroit, Michigan. Michael served six years in the Navy, as well as having served as Technical Support Supervisor at the Bermuda International Airport where he was responsible for maintaining and upgrading navigational systems. As a certified scuba diving instructor, during his free time he enjoys diving and sailing.
Brian Boffo
As Director of Finance, Brian is responsible for all financial activities within the company. A graduate of Ithaca College and William Paterson University with duel degrees in Accounting and Business Administration, Brian has over 32 years of experience in all aspects of the cash automation industry, with roles ranging from CPA to Sales Manager. He's an avid automobile enthusiast, and you might catch him on the golf course from time to time as well.
Paige Clark
Paige joined ArcaTech Systems in 2003 as a senior technical writer managing all customer-facing documentation. ArcaTech uses DITA (Darwin Information Typing Architecture) as the standard for our documentation and Paige is a trained specialist. Prior to joining ArcaTech, She has served as an advertising copyrighter for Lowe's Home Improvement and as a technical writer and branch trainer for Bank of America. Paige holds a Bachelor of Science degree in English, with a concentration in technical writing, from Appalachian State University. When not working, she enjoys running, cooking and spending time with her family.
Jim Ekeland
Jim works to develop and support sales and marketing efforts with our channel partners, focusing primarily on financial markets. Jim brings nearly 30 years of marketing, executive sales and consulting experience to ArcaTech Systems. Before joining the company in 2006, he served as vice president of marketing and sales for a technical manufacturer that served the military, international airports and mass transit industries. Jim also worked with IBM as strategic marketing developer and international marketing manager for the NT server group. Jim enjoys playing golf and is a talented watercolor artist.
Tom Hall
As ArcaTech's lead mechanical engineer, Tom is involved with the design and development of new products and systems for the company. Prior to joining the company in 2004, Tom served as a draftsman engineer and a technical illustrator at Ingersol-Rand, Data General Corporation, Hatteras Networks, and Cisco Systems, as well as Principal Engineer for 11 years at Broadband Technologies. Tom's hobbies include membership in a non-profit car club that restores and sells old cars to provide scholarships for two local high schools and the Special Olympics.
Itrath Hayath
Itrath is responsible for manufacturing operations and supply chain management at ArcaTech. He has recently joined the company and is a leader in our focus on quality and continuous improvement in all areas of operations.
Itrath brings more than 15 years of experience in manufacturing and quality management in the automotive manufacturing industry. His expertise includes lean manufacturing and process improvements in companies that have experienced the same sort of expansion and rapid growth that ArcaTech has experienced for the past several years. Itrath received both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering from California State University at Fresno and Fullerton. He has recently relocated from California to North Carolina with his family.
Mike Mares
Mike brings 15 years of banking experience to his role of developing the distribution and support of ArcaTech's products on a national level. His history as a teller and a branch manager gives him a unique perspective and understanding of how the performance of branch operations is positively impacted by cash automation. He is a Certified CUNA SLS and Core Trainer and has received training in Branch Manager Institute I and II. Mike is a charter member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians, as well as an avid fly-fisherman and outdoorsman. Mike and his family live in Phoenix, Arizona.
Fearghal McAdam
Fearghal is responsible for developing customer relationships in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Far East and began working at ArcaTech in 2005. He has been responsible for opening the ArcaTech European Repair Facility in the UK, offering a local centre of excellence for all of the company's OEM products. Fearghal holds a degree in Electronics Engineering and is trained as a Prince2 Project Manager. Fearghal and his family live in Ireland, his native country, having recently returned to live there after working in London for over 10 years. His hobbies and interests include current affairs, traveling, fishing and walking.
Aubrey Meador
Aubrey has the primary responsibility for sales and marketing at ArcaTech with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with its partners. Aubrey started at ArcaTech in 2002 and has become a respected authority on the subject of cash automation. Educated at Brown University and Vanderbilt, with a concentration in Literature, Aubrey's work in sales began early in his 20 year career as a business developer and trainer within a national insurance brokerage firm. A dedicated family man, Aubrey is a father of three daughters and a grandfather of eight.
Alex Muth
Alex works with software developers to assist them in integrating cash automation hardware into their various platforms using a variety of tools. Alex joined ArcaTech in January 2006 having spent 23 years in a similar role as an integration specialist at LeFebure. Alex and his family reside in Denver, Colorado where he is licensed in airframe and powerplants. He possesses his private pilot's license with instrument ratings. In his time off he enjoys backpacking, working with computers and software, and reading.
Kirk Nelson
Kirk joined ArcaTech Systems in 2001 as a project developer with a decade of business development experience. Kirk helped ArcaTech Systems to develop new markets involved with original equipment manufacturers. In 2005 Kirk became the OEM Product Manager and now manages the OEM sales team, vendors and manufacturing partners. After receiving a B.A. in Religion from Houghton College in New York, Kirk worked in real estate development. When not at work, Kirk enjoys spending time with his family, sailing, skiing and camping and plans to compete in the Thistle Southern Circuit regattas.
Michael O'Sullivan
Michael joined ArcaTech Systems in 2006 as our creative designer. Michael is responsible for product concept designs, website design, and the management of ArcaTech's ERP platform. Prior to joining ArcaTech, Michael worked as a freelance designer. He produced the concept art and animations for the Vecna BEAR (Battlefield Extraction-Assist Robot) project, a robot invented to lift heavy loads and carry them long distances. Michael's animations for the project were featured on the Military Channel's Warbots program where the project was chosen as one of Time Magazine's Best Inventions of 2006. Michael is a Certified NetSuite Integrator, and in his spare time enjoys computers, animation, spending time with his family and coastal outdoor activities.
David Pepin
Dave joined ArcaTech in 2006, and is responsible for the continuing development of operational excellence within our company, as well as managing strategic business relationships. David brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry to ArcaTech. His previous positions were in technical and executive-level leadership and customer service, having spent almost 20 years at Diebold in a senior position. David received a degree in Electronics Technology and an MBA in finance. Dave and his family live in Massachusetts when he is not traveling to support the growth of ArcaTech.
Rudi Ryshway
Rudi's role with ArcaTech Systems is to develop business opportunities in Europe, Asia and Australia. Rudi completed his B.S. in electronics in Scotland and has more than 25 years of experience in OEM components and systems industry. Prior to joining ArcaTech, he spent 16 years working with NCR in the United Kingdom, Germany and the U.S. in a variety of positions focusing on the financial and retail markets. Outside of work, Rudi is an avid golfer and spends time hiking in the Scottish Highlands or the Bavarian Alps.
Jhonny Vides
Jhonny is responsible for forging new business relationships in the Americas. Jhonny has nearly a decade of experience working in the financial industry. Prior to joining ArcaTech Systems in 2006, he worked for the AV. Villas Bank in Colombia, one of the largest banks in the region. Jhonny highly emphasizes teamwork and relies on his excellent relationship skills to expand ArcaTech's reach in Latin America. He received a degree in marketing from the Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga in Colombia.
BJ Hanson
As the Director of Customer Support, B.J. is responsible for overseeing Customer Service, Technical Services and Depot Repair. Her background includes 30 years as a bank equipment dealer and her company, R. L. Hanson, Inc., was an ArcaTech Systems dealer for cash automation solutions. B.J. then spent 4 years working for Orange Coin, developing and supporting a retail sales channel in the coin dispensing industry. In her free time B.J. can be found with her horses, on the golf course, or spending time with her exotic birds.
Peter Sentowski
As ArcaTech's Director, Hardware Development, Peter is responsible for the design and development of new products and systems for the company. Peter has extensive engineering knowledge and a degree in Finance from Seton Hall University. He brings 20+ years of international sales, manufacturing and project management experience to the company. Prior to ArcaTech Systems, Peter worked for a start up company that went public after explosive growth. The company focused on leveraging their custom IC into consumer and industrial applications. He has been involved in the automation industry for the last 10+ years. Peter enjoys time with his family and has a passion for golf, skiing/snowboarding and cycling.
